Jackie Grace, beloved wife, daughter, and cherished family member, passed away after a courageous battle with plasma cell leukemia.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Martin Grace, her loving mother, Margaret Hume, and a large, supportive group of friends and family who will forever hold her in their hearts.
